TIPS AND GENERAL INFORMATION

Before we can send your purchases, we may need to confirm your bank information with your card issuer. We will strive to maintain that the delay is minimized. Our delivery time starts from the time the order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period in which your items will be processed and shipped. You may note that this can take longer during sale periods where this may take up to 72 hours for orders to be shipped.

* To avoid problems of changes in rates or services of the courier company, THE QSVA only charge a flat fee per consignment, at the time of payment. This rate will vary because of the packet destination (place inside Europe and outside), Shipping floors (economic or express). Since we assume THE QSVA shipping costs that exceed our flat shipping rates, it’s explained under this paragraph:

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?

No, you have to pay these taxes at the destination. Once the package has arrived at your country, it be passed to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
Please note, if you are a distributor or customer, THE QSVA will not return to you customs and import duty charges.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

The tracking number of your standard shipment is available 3 days after your order has been sent through the tracking link in your email confirmation of shipping order.
For express delivery will be available through the tracking link in your email confirmation of the order submitted.


 

 

RETURNS POLICY

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY ?

You can return any item expecting a refund as long as you are within 28 days of receiving your original order.

To replace by another size or color, or if you want a different article, you must place a new order.

We will refund the price at which you bought the item. This includes sale items. There are items that can not change, for reasons of hygiene. However, if you have not removed the original packaging, or is it a defective item, we will study the situation. Returned products must be in its original condition, including tags and package, for example shoes must be returned with the original shoe box.
All returned items will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is properly packaged and can not be damaged along the way. We strive to accept all returns, but not returned to us does not have to be in its original packaging, but disclaim responsibility in these cases. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an inadequate state, we may have to return it.

We are not responsible for items returned to us in error.

Just finished your order, but you changed your mind? No problem, you can return it under the Distance Selling Regulations.

WHAT IF RETURN SHIPPING REIMBURSED?

Usually, we will refund what you paid for your order but not the charge for post and packing. Unless your order has been canceled by virtue of the rights of Distance Selling Regulations or if you have received a wrong item.
